Finding Happiness; being forceful

I start today off with a cycle. I get off with a bad start as the moment I went to pump my bike; I get accused of jumping queue. It is not my fault the dam driver stayed in his car when the person in front finished and passed me the pump. God, please give me tolerance and strength to deal with such nasty mean bullies.
*Slurp. I ate eggs and toast for breakfast and came home to check my mail. Garnet surprises me with a letter. I'm shocked she picks such a mode of communication but pleases that she is so frank.
I go out with dad and grandma for lunch. I don't eat, just grab a drink. Grandma was such a hard person to get out of the house. Lately, I have been sharing with the cell what her condition is, although medically it is impossible to be better. I pray that by God's grace and mercy she does not become worse. Yi Long calls me to remind me not to be late. I rush off. Dad gives me a 5 note for taxi. I wish I could hug the man sometimes. I envy the ladies, they can be so expressive, but men have to be more distant.
Matthew 5
The Beatitudes
1Now when he saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, 2and he began to teach them saying:
3"Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4Blessed are those who mourn,
for they will be comforted.
5Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.
6Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they will be filled.
7Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
8Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they will see God.
9Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called sons of God.
10Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
Pastor Melvyn was showing us what Matthew says. Happiness is like an elusive dream which is only skin deep. True happiness, if you can find it is what is approved by the lord. To find such happiness, you need and bankrupt, broken and bowed heart.
Spiritual Granddad was telling us about Matthew 11:11-12.
11I tell you the truth: Among those born of women there has not risen anyone greater than John the Baptist; yet he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. 12From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it.
We must use our forcefulness to our advantage. We should be forceful to claim God's Kingdom for him. We are obligated to share God's love and should be forceful in our will to share it.
