Fly My Shining Dragon Knight

Today was an exciting day. Had my O’lvl English oral today. So dam forgetful. I forgot to bring my entry proof and IC. Luckily they did not need that and I was spared asking my mum to bring the entry proof to me. Started off the morning quite badly. Was quite in the holiday mood when I came to school this morn.

Had English first thing in the morning. It’s in a new classroom. It’s a slightly larger that our homeroom which has been loaned to some class for their N’lvl prelims. Mdm Kamisah showed us some new pictures and reminded us of they type of questions that may come out. She also gave some ideas how to answer them.

Had Bio after that. Silly experiment involved carrot and onions. Mighty pissed off, as I cannot find the stupid stained vascular bundle. Then had to do a Nana paper. Pity I did not manage to complete the whole paper. I must really work on my speed. Work it, make it, do it, better. Then had SS. I cannot find the notes. Where is the Ozone layer? Don’t tell me I have to find it myself. During recess, got some news of Friday having some NYAA award ceremony. Don’t know if it is good or bad having a ceremony like that on Fri 13. I am thinking of not coming to sch to avoid disaster. Still pretty confused with Friday.

Had Physics. Forgetful me forgot to bring Collin’s work. In the end collected some files and papers but I don’t know where to keep em. Had chem. Frantic hectic lessons as usual. Ionic eq test. Finished it with a flourish. Had maths again. Finished off the nana paper. Then I was dismissed for lunch. Practiced speaking and prayed hard. God please guide me.

Had oral. The crest adventure room was in a mess. Tables and chairs not arranged, litter on the floor, lights dimmed. I suggest that the school fixes and checks the place before doing anything. My examiners were from Hai Sing and Coral. The coral teacher did the talking; the ABC Hai Sing teacher did some marking. Read the passage, inserting some words and rereading others. But did generally well. Picture conversation had no prompting except the examiners asked me what was the clown thinking. The passage and the picture was about a clown. Conversation! They asked me about a time I watched a funny movie or show. I told them I do not watch movies. Haha. Anyway told em about watching Charlie Chaplin. Did not see their reaction. Then they asked me about a job I would like to do. I told them about my job ideal (elaborate, elaborate). They then asked me would I get tired of the job. My reply must have shocked them for both burst out laughing. The regained their posture after ½ a min. I told them I was a stubborn individual and would not easily desert my company. I would go with my company till I retire. Then along the way I would get promoted and constant learning takes place. Well that’s my oral. Althought I did not see my marks I believe I did well. Mrs Teo(principal) came by to tell us that the oral was easy. I was not surprised…
