Facilitator Experience

It was an tiring day today. I was hoping for some time off to slack on a day and not concentrate too much and rest myself. However it was not the case. I had to slogg out the internet for information regarding today's topic of interest rates and the time value of money.

While the topic was rather easy to apply, it took a rather huge amount of proccessing to finally understand everything fully. There was also alot research done to perfect the model. However, due to lack of hindsight my group messed up the % value in the interest and forgot to divide it further to monthly instead of yearly.

I had to rate another group on their presentation. It was clearly a tiring act and thinking of questions when to ask and in the right intervals and asking the right people were rather difficult. Overall, I hoped to have done a good job but it was tiring.

I clearly underestimated poly life. Secondary school life and poly life differ by leaps and bounds, the way people trat other. Its quite similar to working life as well. I shall take it as a learning lesson to know how vicious others in the outside world are. In secondary school, we were so sheltered and protected that once I came to poly, I almost could not handle.

That day, they showed an Outright personal attack without an act of hesitation. It was clearly shown on their nicks that they wished to mock me. It was early in the morning too! They consisted of direct insults that were clearly meant to defame. If I was a big shot, I would not mind suing. And after that they showed no sign of apology and were clearly entertained to see the reaction I gave. Cursed bums with clearly nothing to do.
