Wet Music

Wet Music
Today, we were to bring a few pieces of music to class and elaborate about how and why we liked them. It was very sad that this morning, I came to class looking like a bedraggled dog.
The weather has decided to give us rain. The blessed rain from the heavens came down and granted the land water. Apart from school being very far away from home with no change of clothes, I was going to be in school for a large part of the day, the shoes I wore had little friction on the wet surface and it tended to get waterlogged as water dripped down my jeans and into the shoes and I was carrying expensive electronic equipment (my lappie). Apart from those reasons I would have very much liked to walk in the rain.
We started the day, with a mini music sample session, which part of that music represented you. I chose not to play but I think any songs from the Inu Yasha series would have done pretty well, the soul-full, sad and dark type of music.
Well, after this first meeting I’m going for a breakfast so I’ll end this post here. I’ve been posting more often recently, perhaps the holidays are approaching. Here is wishing all Malays and Indians, Selamat Hari Raya and Happy Deepavali.
