Defensive Virtual Organisation

We did virtual organisation today, was in the group of Kelvin, Nani, ShaoYan and of course Angie!! It’s our last week of enterprise. I want an A! We had an extremely short first meeting which we just discuss what qualities we needed to show for an A. After that we were supposed to work as a virtual organisation for our FMT but VPN was still down thus we went off for break early! Yay!

Our second meeting included an irritating and very confusing first meeting template. We were shooting too fast and too far, almost had no control over conversation. The good thing was we got most of our members to contribute. Everyone did their research very quickly; I was almost left with no research to do. I need to know something otherwise I look like a blur king.

The presentation and work was done speedily thus we had more time to review and edit. The topic today was rather deep and caused many of my team-mates to go into utter confusion. Furthermore, there was an abundance of information spammed at me. All in all I found the presentation pretty good.

During the presentation, our team went 2nd. I found that I was rather defensive of the presentation. I don’t want to become another Alwis. Wahh! I don’t want to be ultra defensive; I want to maintain an open focus so that I can understand more. I will be going to several different places later, first to workshop, then to pick up some photos, then to SY’s house to teach engineering maths, lastly home to sleep.

I might continue this post later, because I have to study for computing understanding test. Good job team!
