I was almost killed by a terrible powerful reflection journal. It was one which asked me to link what I learned to the previous lessons. I had a hard time. I recalled but was tedious to refer and link considering they were all very different open topics. Today was almost the same, asked what we discovered about ourselves after the 1 year in problem based learning.
Both Reflection Journals were exceptionally long; I hope my culture and enterprise facilitators don’t mind. I hit 40, so happy, was worse than last term, there are still 1/1/2 week; I can afford to get a few more. I aim for 45 then. Last term was 47, so I must work hard, so far this term I have not slacked much if any at all.
Tomorrow is culture Understanding Test; I must get an A for all my remainder UT. This one I must make count so that it will cancel out my D on the first culture UT. All other UT must beware, because Jeneral is out to get his A’s and you are not to stop him. I sincerely need better grades to cancel out the bad grades I got.
Globalisation is the act of becoming global in economy, social, technological and cultural wise. There were many good points raised yesterday, in fact there were too many. We were asked to do it debate style again, so questions of all kinds were entertained. Some questions had no basis, so therefore hard to answer. I shouted “Malay ghost” in class, the facilitator and quite a few other classmates were stunned. Moral of the story, don’t shout suddenly in class, but it achieved the effect I wanted to cause.
I did corporate governance today, it was a rather dry topic, pretty wide, with all the teams presenting about the same stuff. What was interesting was that one of my team member’s actually did ½ of the presentation that was rather unexpected. The presentation was well done in such a way as it covered most of what the sixth presentation covered.
Went to Java workshop on both days, it will continue on tomorrow as well. I played the game slowly, in attempt to learn more about Garnet, I will also let the Garnet learn more about myself through the game play. The character recognition system of the game and A.I is rather advanced. Will take my time, enjoy our time together. You don’t mind do you? :)
