Pink of Health, Wait WTH is with PINK?

GRR, I dislike it when the phrase in the pink of health is used. What does pink have to do with health? Do rosy cheeks mean good blood circulation and all that other stuff, or could it just be sunburn. In my case it’s the latter.

Went to work early in the morning, I cycled there, much to my liking, I rarely cycle but love the experience, hate the after effects. (Pain in the butt) I was in charge of the boats today, got wet as usual, don’t understand how people find getting other people wet is fun, *points at dunking exercise at operation fun*. When the park opened, people flooded the boats to wet themselves, what happened to trying to have some dry fun? People also love complaining that they get wet, I feel like knighting them with a boulder. You are hereby knighted, Sir Bo of Doh!

My station was flooded by the students of Geylang Methodist Girls. There were so many of them, my hands were so busy, I think I developed several blisters while pulling the boats in. I only hope they do not wear off my fingerprints. (I need them to sign out) There are so many sights I see there. There was one feat that I saw and doubted my strength to do so. That girl must have either been pretty light or guy very strong to be swept her off her feet and onto that guy’s arms. Ha-ha. A couple also lost their ring at my station, a plain ring with high sentimental value, try not to play around with it too much yeah?

After which, I went down with SY for a cycle in the park. We had great fun cycling around. The small problem with a 2 hour cycle is that I usually need a lot of water and end up pretty hungry. The bigger problem is with SY, we tend to stop by a café and drink some soup, eat fries and nuggets; negating the effects of that long cycle. I realised recently that I got fried in the morning sun at work. Starting to look like a flamingo!

Our outing yesterday was fun, we (LOL team + Ben) were playing computer until 3. Then we set off to Kampong Glam for Mee Rebus, courtesy of Ben. Thanks for lunch! We sat and chatted for a while, and then he drove us down to Far East Plaza and dropped us there. Leo had to run off, GRR, he never wear the green shirt some more! Nijo, me and Angie wandered from bookstore Kinokuniya to Borders and finally a walk down to Bugis Street to have a look at anime before reaching Raffles City and having a drink at Burger King.

On my way home, I saw a little girl carrying her little sister on her back home. I think the sister was tired. It was so sweet and cute.

Garnet, I miss you!
Thinking of you…
