Start of Jun Hols 2006

Yay, start of Jun holidays already. I feel more rested and more relaxed. I can sleep late and wake up late. Furthermore, I get to watch all the animes I want! More time to spend with family and can go out a little.
I seem to have forgotten about last week updates. I have been a little busy with end of week test, parental restrictions from going out, a camp and several outings.
On wed, I met Garnet for a short walk round the city. The poor gal stayed up overnight just to tidy up her house and she is sick too. Being ill, she has a lack of appetite too. Later at dinner, she did not even eat. I hope she gets better soon; the walk was as enjoyable as always.
Over the weekend, I was at a church camp. More about faith hope and love. I got to mingle more with people in my tribe and learn a little more about team work. At the same time, I managed to work out a strategy to succeed better in life. I hope it works; I put my faith in the living God. I learned to be a little more attentive and absorb more details, I mean I cannot stay blur forever.
Sunday’s service was Pentecost Sunday. Pastor Khong preached about stress in our lives. It will be part of a segment of messages leading up to the miracle weekend.
To overcome unhealthy stress, we must
Accept responsibility of stress
Believe God broke the power of sin
Commit our lives to God
God give me the strength to change all that I can,
Peace to tolerate what I cannot,
And wisdom to tell the difference
Monday was spent at home, SY came over and visited. He brought a game for me to install and play with him, pity none of my computer graphics card supports the game. Ended up playing with the games we already had.
Tuesday was spent out with a Garnet; we went walking around the east side, and then took a bus to the reservoir. We sat there, amidst the rain, looking over the waters to the horizon. I had an enjoyable time looking at the scenery, keeping in each other company and catching up on stuff. We are of different schools and it is quite a challenge to keep up.
After which, we went window shopping before I sent her off. Then I went home and went out again to get some items to stock up my pantry at home, it is beginning to look barer.
That is my week for you.
Going to miss you princess
