Merry Christmas Eve 2006

I was listening to this song being played at a nearby void deck’s Malay wedding. Then I was inspired by the host which spoke Malay like a machine gun. Dam, I’ve been trying to learn 3 languages beside English and Chinese and I have not succeeded in making a decent conversation in either one of them. I’ve tried learning Malay, Japanese and Spanish. I’ll make that my New Year resolution to learn some of each next year. By God’s grace may I succeed!
It’s been a tiring week for me. Monday was spent with a outing with my cousins to go orchard shopping followed by a short outing with garnet to eat at tamp mall before sending her home. She finally allows me to send her home. Ha-ha.
Tues to Thurs was spent at powerhouse youth camp 2006. It was raining but I learnt how to pitch a tent and I managed to bond better with some of my brothers. I also had a time of exercise running up 14 floors, running 50m dash in mud and playing ball in the sea. There was a time of bringing everything back to the cross and having a great impartation of the Holy Spirit. The key verse is Zechariah 4:6 “not by might not by power but by my spirit says the lord almighty!”
Went to watch Angie’s concert on Fri, it was nice, I liked animation medley piece. One of the soloists was extremely long but thanks goodness the flutist, the percussionist and the oboe was relatively nice and short. In other aspects this was one of the more enjoyable concerts I went to. On sat, I was sick but when down to funan to buy myself a keyboard. Currently, I’m bloody pissed at it as its dam hard to type. I also bought SY his bag for Christmas. Sun had service, exchanging gifts, then went home to rest.
Need some rest next week? Thank god for Christmas. Grrr, this keyboard is killing me.
