Customer Service

Was Left all alone in the shop at the new location today. My boss had to go off to camp. So what to do, he left me alone for over 5 hrs. During that time I threw a party and sold everything for free. Just kidding!
I had to fold and fold and fold clothes non-stop cause he decided to leave me during rush hour. During that time, there were alot customers. Luckily I was less drowsy then the day before and more familar with the cashier machine. Nonetheless I still managed to screw sometime up for my boss to settle at the end of the day. How fun is that? I have this problem with the machine that once I press confirm the stupid computer refuses to allow me to go back to the previous page. Often I have to serve customers at break neck speeds and have little time to check what I type into the computer. The problem lies with changing the machine to accpet STEN or ASIV or SRETSAM or XEMA. Often I type too fast and for cash transactions I type in STEN, for STEN transactions I type in cash. So there will be a irrgularity within the system.
Customers gave me a hard time today.
-Some brought out the catelog form you weekly to "quiz" me about the clothes.
-Others just made me search for one clothes after another before deciding they did not want it.
-A girl about the age of 10 urined inside the shop. Making a big mess for me to clean.
-There was a customer whose son went next door to another clothes shop. The shop keeper next door ask him if he wanted to buy anything. The boy just ran screming over to his mother who was in my shop at the time. The boy who was about 8 screamed and screamed. His mother asked him what happened, the boy replied that the storekeeper was forcing him to buy something. His mother then said that the store keeper was most likely just asking. The boy then shouted at his mom to "thiam" and hurry up with her shopping inside my store. I was about to go over and ask them to leave cause they were scaring away the customers with all the screaming and shouting.
Then there was a VCD seller who came into the shop asking if I wanted to buy any of the newest VCD. Then there were the friendly neighbouring shop keepers that came to chat with me from time to time. Well that wraps up this post
