Mad Service

Monday
Had a rather fine day today. Quite happy. Managed to come home a bit earlier and chat with my frens online. At work today, we managed to acheive the sales target and go home early.
Now I have to add another person to the annoying customer index.
Today a age 50+ old "ah lian"(gangster) came to my shop today give me trouble. I was attending to another customer when she came and she swore loudly in mandrin to get my attention. Later as I was explaining the prices of the items on sale she began agressively asking why prices were so expensive and why to discount so little. Later she began threating me to get cheaper prices. Sigh, she upturned so much of my stock. Lucky my boss was there and asked her politely to leave. Thankfully she did, but not before cursing and swearing.
This reminds me of another case. The customer was paying for the items. I had not discounted the items yet. The bloody guy then scolded me for being slow and unsure of the prices and asked me to get my superior if I was not sure. I told hime I was new and did not know and apolgised. What I wanted to do was to smack him in the face and serve the next customer. LOL.
Sunday
Boss had me transfered to another branch again. Been at another branch for most of the week already. Plaza Singapura. Nice place. Had offer on animation there. Pity no money. Manager there was a friendly fellow. Enjoyed my work there. Just that the glass cleaner I used may have caused me a breathing problem&sore throat.
Saturday
Boss had me transfered to another branch again. Been at another branch for most of the week already. So was there and the manager there was super fierce. She was scolding me every hour. Telling me to change my job attitude. Scolding me that I did not entertain enough customers. Scolding that I am too devoted to my work(whats wrong with that?) Scolding that I am not doing enough. Sigh.
