End of June Hols 2005-06

The end has come. Those happy days where I can sleep in late and sleep late after midnight will end soon. Sigh! Its funny how when a person longs for something, it seems like forever, but when a person enjoys something time flies. It is also human nature to long for what you don’t have at the moment. We learnt in enterprise skills that giving incentives is difficult due to the very reason that the motivators in a person’s life changes daily, weekly and with time. So we long for the holidays during school term, but we long for something to do during the holidays. Human nature sure is ironic!
Yesterday was Saturday. I had to go down to the SADeaf to complete a makeup session of the first session I missed on the 13 of June. So I went there to sign letters of alphabets, numbers, the Singapore pledge and the theme song for this year’s national day. I still admit that I am still a newbie at the signing process. The silly place is located down near the national stadium and is right smack in the middle of the construction of the NEL. Imagine the confusion; I went through trying to look for the place on the bus, hoping that I spot it in time to press the bell to stop the bus in time. During that time, I saw quite a number of SAF utility vehicles and some civil defence vehicles as well. Numbers soared to about 20++, it must have given motorist a scare. I believe they were practicing for national day. The SADeaf building was also around the same age as me. I noted reading about the building being commissioned in 1988 on a plague on e wall.
Sunday morning was spent lazing about and watching cartoons. I spent lunchtime out in century square looking at phones. Gosh, my new specs keep dropping down my nose, it is really becoming a bother. So many nice phones, no money to support them, SIGH! Spent the afternoon at my uncle’s place and went to dinner after that. Had a fine meal of fish and noodles and came home to blog and rest.
Im ending this post with another animated gif. Once again it is not mine. So... I would love to put credits here but I forgot the website I got this from. Gomen Nasai.
