Friday Runaway

I must say, for the second last day of school quite a few turned up. We had to make a game for computing in VB.net the day before. That was quite a challenge. I was evidently amused to find that at least the attendance was quite high, considering the fact that the facilitator told us to expect less than ½ the class.

Now, we move on to the main topic of the day; Friday. The last day of school and the cognitive and communications lesson, our original facilitator had left for somewhere and left us a relief facilitator. The attendance was still sustainable. At the second meeting we were told that the facilitator was disappointed in our work. The claim which I thought to be true was good, but the way it was expressed perhaps it was too direct.

The effect was a miniature of the great Houdini’s disappearing acts. The whole class collaborated and simply *poof*. The planned BBQ later was off since the BBQ pit could not be booked. The class wanted to go downtown and eat but I decided perhaps I would not join them; I was no longer on concession and did not carry enough cash. I felt perhaps we might have overdone the act and should have left a note or e-mail, but since the whole class did not think of it, I don’t think I should worry about it.
