Day of Outing, Pirates, War-craft and talks.

I foresee that this post will be created a bit later as not to clash with Garnet’s most recent post. Nonetheless, it was an excellent, enjoyable and busy day for me.
I started the day pretty late, woke up, and on the modem to play the com for a while. Then I went out with my bro for some brunch at 10, before starting off on the journey downtown. I met Garnet at Orchard, gosh; it feels like ages since we last met up. We set off to Mc D for some lunch. I’m glad to see that you have progressed and managed to say grace all by yourself.
We chatted for a bit, and then continued to Paragon to look at toys at Garnet’s bequest. It’s a mighty big fancy place; I certainly felt out of place with the all designer shops flanking me left and right. The toys there were of such a small variety, we were almost disappointed.
We continued to forum to have another look at the toys there. The place was huge and filled wall to wall with the essence of games, toys, playthings of the sort. Of both places, I had not visited before. Leo was right; I need to get out more. On the way back, we hunted for some writing material, Borders, Kino and Pop were raided. Then, after obtaining that item, we sat down with a drink and some sweets (OMG, Sweets!) and started a little test of that utensil.
We talked about the events of the past week and some events of the future. It was certainly fun, and much more interactive than some Instant Messenger I know of. As we sat together and chatted, I believe we looked like another average couple, lost in our own world. Unfortunately I had to cut our time short, I had to go off, I brought Garnet to the station and gave/said a farewell. Gosh, I’m lucky I turned quick; I think I looked like a little peach when I gave that farewell.
After that, I went off to plunder some ships in Sid Meier’s Pirates. It was certainly fun to pirate with my friends by my side. After some heavy duty (privateer action), busting notorious pirates, wooing governor’s daughters and rescuing relatives, we switched to some heavy duty tower wars in war-craft.
During that time, my phone became a hotline for my Brother, my Dad, and my Mum, Papa, my Work and another friend. I was quite shocked to receive so many calls in 1 day within a short time frame. Mum is back, Yahoo! I really need to clarify that I have quit so that they will stop calling. Sigh.
After work tomorrow, I’m thinking of another outing with another bunch of sec school friends. Thursday, Friday and Saturday are reserved for conference. Sunday is for church. Garnet, how about a movie next outing? I think you have 1 in mind already?
